Complaint against Prestige Flowers

I got a present of flowers for my birthday from my daughter but they did not send the flower feed I contact them by phone and emails and was told it was on it's way straight away and that I would receive it next day never received it and the roses don't look fresh I don't know if it's because of no feed or if they were just not fresh when I receive them they have now stopped answering my emails, it has been 2 days they will probably answer to-morrow and say it's been 3 days and now we can't help you they told me that they told the depot to send the flower feed out 2 days ago so why did they not? they couldn't care less about customers don't trust ''Prestige'' when you are sending Flowers to someone special go to your local florist it's much safer... Very disappointed
