Complaint against Harveys Furniture
I called into the store at fort kinnaird and was told to phone customer services and they would send out a technician. I called customer services and was told because of the age of the sofas I would have to get an independant report myself. I explained the fact that when they were first delivered the 2 seater was damaged and had to wait months for a replacement then when that was delivered it was a different shade from the 3 seater. Both the 2 and 3 seater sofas were reordered and were delivered in March 2014. Customer services gentleman was not interested I had had all this inconvenience and kept on emphasising the fact the sofas are 3 years old. I had my last Reids sofas for over 10 years and never had any problems with the leather. I find this totally unacceptable and would certainly not advise anyone to buy from Harveys. I work in the retail trade in a well known high street jewellers and give our customers the best customer care possible at all times. Harveys fail totally on the occasion and before when I had to email Harveys Director to get a satisfactory response.
