Complaint against Harveys Furniture
Having ordered a sofa and chair in 2016, a delivery arrived, chair was diffent colour to sofa and sofa was wrong design. All sorted after a further 2 weeks. Problems have now arised with bothe chair and sofa. Insurance was taken out at point of sale but trying to get repairs is a joke, they will repair the chair, but the sofa they say is ok, even though you can feel the frame as the padding in the seat has given up. lots of phone calls to customer service but no help, will be getting a independent inspection. Be aware of buying from Harveys. NO AFTERCARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Not even worth 1 star.
