Complaint against Harveys Furniture
I had 2 settees delivered after a 12 week wait which is normal so thats ok.But 4 weeks later on side of the electric settee broke.Several phones calls later 5 days after 1st complaint someone came out to look at it.It needs a part and I received a letter today that it will be 12 WEEKS for the part.I find this totally unexcetable.I have to pay and if I said you may get it in 12 weeks I would be taken court.
