Complaint against Harveys Furniture
An extremely poor experience. Ordered a set of tables. Arranged delivery in London whereas we live outside which was explained to Harveys. Went to store personally to check on it and on both occasions was reassured that all was in hand. Took a day off and went to London to receive delivery but it never arrived! What a waste of the day. Harveys offered delivery to store and collection from there. I reluctantly accepted that but it did not happen either and now I am informed that the set of tables is out of stock. No explanation is given as to why it happened and no apology either. After several weeks we are back to square one despite having taken a day off work and going all the way to London to receive delivery. Certainly a poor performance. Will I return to Harvey?
