Faulty sofa, new sofa chosen fifty pound compensation.

Complaint against Harveys Furniture

New sofa chosen as first one was faulty. Delivery thirteen weeks arrived delivery men not happy when told the sofa wax going on our first floor( told the store this is where it’s goimg) then delivery men said they didn’t think they had our sofa checked and was told the sofa was damaged on seat and back!!! Declined the sofa, was told the company Harvey’s would be in contact in two hours. No phone call so phoned was told are sofa entry would not be on the system for 72 hours and the customer service lady would phone. Surprise a week later we phoned to be told sofa had not been re orderd and that it would a further 13 weeks again. No compensation given for the first sofa as it could only be given when we received it. Totally angers me as nobody seems to care from haveys the whole process that started July 2016 and no resolve till 2017. How can and can anybody take this case on I’m disabled which is why I chose the sofa recliner faulty seat faulty and both ends slope so don’t actually sit still Centerd but on the side. All I want is my new sofa that’s no faulty and in my front room.
