Harveys are a complete joke bought a suite from then in September wrong colour, after 2 days faulty leather, after many phone calls eventually ordered me a new one was told 6 to 8 weeks would get delivered.After many phone calls to the store and customer services with broken promises about delivery I eventually received it on 21st December. After 2 days leather went exact same way as the first suite again on phone to complain after 3 weeks they sent a man out to check it he said it's not a manufacturer fault it's the leather. Don't think so having had leather suites before and never had that problem with them.I have now contacted ombudsman and will not let this go till I either get my money back or pick a new suite,I would not recommend this store unless you want problems there customers service is a Palling.
