Complaint against Harveys Furniture
After known long wait for delivery sofa had bad crease after 1 day. Harveys said Servico had to visit && inspect but this took 5 weeks. Engineer advised faulty but also that poor quality filling used in these sofas. Harveys later advised the Servico report to them said no fault. Rather than investigate disparity Harveys sent another company who confirmed the obvious fault. Harveys have had the new report at least a week but have not contacted to resolve. Recommendation avoid this company like the plague.
