Complaint against Harveys Furniture

Ordered a sofa in OCTOBER from harveys. Delivery date 5th December... They ring TWO working days from delivery date saying your sofa will not be delivered! After weeks of arguing with my manager to have that day off to wait in for my sofa! Which then led me to sit on the floor with my little children for two days until a loan sofa come... They said they would ring before it came, no phonecall! Then for them to say they can only deliver my sofa on the 14th of December! Which I am in work and could not take time off, so I had to have someone wait in 7-1pm for it NOT TO COME! To have a second person wait in whilst i was at work!! I ring at 1pm and they said they'll ring me in an hour... I ring back at 2pm and they say the same we will ring in an hour! THIS IS THREE TIMES IVE BEEN LET DOWN! And they still expect me to pay £50 delivery! Do not order from harveys!! Bad customer service and ridiculous service full stop!
