In recent months 3 of us have ordered furniture from Harveys Harlow branch. We ordered in mid November and, like everybody else, was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. On January 8th the delivery driver phoned to say that he only had half of the order. I went to the store to complain and was told it would be another month before they could complete the delivery. However I would receive an additional discount for the inconvenience. The furniture was finally delivered on 6th February. However, 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my 'additional discount' (£200). My daughter ordered a sofa from the same store just after Christmas. On 6th Feb she had a message saying her order was ready for delivery - but there are no deliveries in her area until the 6th March! Because she works in a school and can't take time off during the week she now has to wait until the 16th March. Complaining to her childminder the other day her childminder replied "that's nothing. I ordered furniture before Christmas and it's only just arrived (March).
