Leather sofa 14months old
Complaint against Harveys Furniture
PuchAsed a leather sofa warranty on leather is 1year. Leather is peeling in areas you don't use and I've contacted Harvey's and been told I have to pay myself for it to be accessed as a fault. Homeserve details given who work on their behalf and have come and said wear & tear and Must be jeans or oil from skin made it peel. This can't be the case as the leather is not a contact area. No help from Harvey's told to contact ombudsman. I would never buy anything from them again. In short this is going to cost me a lot to prove a faulty design.
