Ordered a suite in November the staff at Reebok Bolton were brilliant, but was promised it would be ready in 12 weeks, we had a lot of jobs to be done in the house so that was perfect timing. We got a text saying our sofa was in and ready to be delivered they’d be in touch, no not a word, we rang the number loads of times the queues were up to an hour, got another text asking us to get in touch to arrange delivery. We did but they can only deliver on the 15th March that’s 16 weeks in total. The customer service is shocking
