No sofa after 4 months and customer services cant be bothered to track it down
Complaint against Harveys Furniture
After waiting 4 months for our new £2000 sofa we are still waiting for it!! Customer services promised us a delivery date in an email and we arranged to have our window taken out that day to get it into the house. To our amazement we had no delivery and when we called their customer services they stated that its not their problem and we would have to wait another week as they could not find it in their storage. Now having to pay the glazier to refit the window and re book him for when the sofa arrives. Harveys furniture are happy to take your order and your money, but when it comes to aftercare they do not give a damn about anything. Harveys customer services are a waste of time, and I would advise anybody who wishes to make a purchase through Harveys to reconsider. We are now £2000 down and all Harveys can say is "Don't worry, we haven't sold it on"
