Non delivery of Sofa

Complaint against Harveys Furniture

So like a few people - I got a text saying delivery of sofa due between 12 and 7 on 30th November. Wife took the day off. Nothing arrived no contact from Harvey's sent an e-mail on 30th in the evening as for details - no response yet. Called Harvey's customer service - apparently they tried to contact me on 26th November but could not leave a message - yet all other communications with them were by text. So it has been escalated to who ever things like this get escalated to in Harveys - who apparently will call me in 48 working hours - which assuming a 8 hour working day means they will contact me in the next 6 days. Right now no sofa to sit on - will keep you posted on progress.
