Complaint against Harveys Furniture

Got 2 seater sofa delivered 26th October and one part of the 3 seater. After 4 failed deliveries which i received text messages and emails confirming them it was the delivery driver who phoned me each time to tell me my sofa wasn't on his load and which i had to take a afternoon off work each delivery i went to the store and demanded a refund but was told i couldn't as i had accepted the 2 seater. Finally my problem was sorted out and on the 3rd December 2016 pm i finally got my 3 seater sofa. Can i say the customer services were of no help, no empathy and definitely did not want to know of my frustration. I was offered £25 per failed delivery and i know for a fact it wont be as easy as they tell me so wish me luck!!
