Complaint against Harveys Furniture
We ordered a three seater sofa bed on 28th Dec 2016 ) as part of a larger order) from Harveys which we still haven't received; instead we've had the same (wrong model) sofa delivered five times. 'Customer Services' Call Centre seem incapable of resolving the issue, but are quite happy to reorder and re-arrange delivery of the (wrong) goods after each failed delivery without seemingly taking on board what I have said, analysing the events leading to five incorrect deliveries and identifying/correcting the root cause of the issue. I have had to resort to asking the retail staff at the store where I placed the original order to try and sort this issue out internally which despite their best endeavours still hasn't happened. Not able to get contact details of any senior manager/director at Harveys to talk to and take accountability for getting this issue resolved. I am so fed up dealing with them and am running out of ideas to get closure of this issue. Any ideas gratefully received.
