Complaint against Harveys Furniture
I wish to make a formal complaint against your staff at mansfield and your warehouse. After waiting almost 4 months for the delivery of a settee I was finally given a date which was 18/04/17 between 7:00 and 1:00. The van turned up at 2:00, minus the settee, as you can imagine I was not very impressed to say the least. The delivery driver informed me that customer services would contact me later the same day to let me know what the next procedure would be. I rang the shop in Mansfield who informed me that they couldn't do anything as they have nothing to do with deliveries, I would have to wait a further 2 days to be put back on the system to be given a new delivery date. I rung customer services and spoke to a member of staff who was rude and thought the incident was amusing. After getting no help or apology at this source I went into the shop at Mansfield to speak to a member of staff who was as equally unhelpful and unwilling to help. Nobody rung me to arrange another delivery date, I had to contact them. I had taken a day off work to wait for my furniture, and myself and my 6 year old are now sitting on deckchairs for a week. I found the whole experience very distressing and disappointed in the attitude of staff at Harveys and would not recommend this company to anyone!
