Complaint against Harveys Furniture
I have been dealing with Harvey’s since November when I bought a dining set! I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas, however after waiting 3 weeks for my delivery date I tried to contact their customer service with no luck, I waitied on the phone for 2 hours and did not get through to anyone!! I have since then emailed and phoned multiple times with no response and when I have got through the customer service they have no idea what they are doing and give a response of ‘its out of stock’ and then they hang up the call! Leaving me confused and concerned and very much out of pocket, The only response I have got is through social media, I have now been told on Facebook message of all places that I will now receive my order in march, the customer service is just shocking, had I not messaged on facbook I would not have an update and would have been left in limbo! I now plan on cancelling my order (that’s if I can get through todo so) I warn everyone Do not order from Harvey’s it’s more hassle than it’s worth!!
