Sofa 6 weeks late and Harveys couldn't care less
Complaint against Harveys Furniture
Sofa ordered beginning Jan, been told 3 dates by store that it's due in store, all come and gone. Now 6 weeks late. An in sotre manager fobbed me off promising it would be in store the same day I visited the store (20/4) and still haven't head anything, no response from emails to customer service but finally getting contact through twitter who are claiming to be contacting customer care but still heard nothing from them. Wrote to store manager recorded delivery demanding my sofa by monday or my money back and even he doesn't give a toss as I've not heard anything from him. Please help!!
