Complaint against Harveys Furniture
The worst customer service. We ordered our sofa sets in July 2017. They delivered a cheap quality chinese sofa after 3 months with 1 week late delivery. the colour was wrong and took money in advance. We are without sofa since and now its January 2018 still waiting for delivery. they refused to refund or cancel our order. we visited store more than dozens time and called customers service 15 times both doing blaming game sending us to each other. Now decided to bring the matter to ombudsman. A big mistake to order sofa from Harveys. using our money to take in advance and delivery after 3 months with wrong sofa.
