I bought a sofa and chair from Harveys in Dec. 2015 our light cream leather suite arrived in April BLACK .We finally got our replacement in August within weeks the seating and arms had sunk and so uncomfortable to sit on . Harveys sent Eco master to look at it they agreed to repair it.16 weeks later they came to repair it.Within 3 days the same as happened again .We are waiting for them to come and look at it again assume another 16 weeks for repair job. FRustrated fed up .Just want Harveys to refund my money so we can have furniture that is comfy to sit on and looks decent. Please do not even contemplate buying from Harveys you will regret it!
