ipad not fixed, now customer services not answering my emails.
Complaint against Fone Angels
I sent my i-pad to foneangels on 20th October. They emailed me two days later asking for a further thirty pounds to replace the fascia. After that they told me three weeks to repair my device. After three weeks they still hadn't fixed it or contacted me. I emailed them, they emailed me back a couple of days later to say it would be another two weeks. This deadline came and went. I emailed them again, saying that if they weren't going to fix it within a reasonable time frame, then they could at least return my device. I have had no contact from them since. The phone helpline is a dead end, as when you ring it, they tell you its no longer in use and to contact them my email. So in summary I have paid foneangels nearly £70 to steal my ipad, so no I'm not impressed at all
