Worst company I've ever dealt with - They are crooks!

Complaint against Fone Angels

Hi I sent my phone to be repaired to them early October they took nearly 2 months to repair the item and charged me an extra £60 When the phone was returned to me I noticed the Touch ID on my iPhone 6 was occasionally unresponsive and now a few months later it is completely broke! It worked perfectly before I sent it to Foneangels! Also, earlier last month I took my phone out of my pocket and the screen had smashed for no reason! They claim they charge premium rate for high quality glass but that's clearly a lie as my screen broke for no reason a few months after ! I reached out to them about it and asked about repairs through their 'no quwibble' 1 year warranty and they said it wasn't covered under it but I couldn't see anywhere that said that! They didn't even acknowledge the fact they broke my Touch ID and the customer service email was very blunt and unapologetic. I've never dealt with such an outrageously corrupt and nasty so called 'professional' company in all my life and I feel so helpless that I was robbed of £120 by these crooks!
