Complaint against Hoover

On 01/10/19 my hoover washer dryer was leaking so I called up Hoover customer services as the machine is still under warranty to arrange a repair, an engineer came on 03/10/19 however no work was carried out due to him needing to order a part. I was told he would be back the following week to carry out the repair. Which he never did. Two whole months have since past and I'm still without a machine. They have exhausted every excuse possible. The one part i was originally was needed has now turned to 3 parts. I been told the engineer has called in sick and the part/s are on his van. The engineer has massaged me himself via text to say he was attended on a set day/time but never shown up. I've taken several days off work, spent alot of time and money in the laundrette. This machine was funded through family fund and charity helping families with disabled children, I really heavily on this appliance due to my child having soiling clothes. It's been hugely stressful and to this day I'm still been told they are still "waiting on a part". This is completely unacceptable
