Complaint against BHS

Bought three lights from BHs. When put up discovered that one of the arms was missing from one so contacted their customer services by phone. Was told I would receive call back which I didn't. Managed to contact their head office and a lady arranged for part to be posted after I explained as I live in Wales it wasn't convenient to go to London to collect. Despite giving the product code received incorrect part. Contacted again and she passed the buck to a guy in Oxford Street who didn't have the missing arm and just suggested I phoned local stores! I did but item not in stock. Only option now was to contact the Customer Service Dept via phone and after 30 mins finally spoke to someone. They said they would request part and get back to me. Haven't heard a thing! This is a light worth £225 so am not happy even though I didn't pay full price.
