Complaint against Groupon

I bought a restaurant voucher. I made a reservation. I go there on the day at the time when I had a reservation. The restaurant is closed. Groupon's reservation tool obviously did not work. Groupon tells me I could get a refund. I say no I would like to use the voucher. Groupon informs me that they cancelled the voucher. I inform you them that I would like to use the voucher. Groupon tells me I could not use the voucher because the restaurant has no availability. - WHICH IS NOT TRUE. Then Groupon says I cannot use the voucher because of how their reservation system works, the voucher got cancelled. I completely fail to see why reactivating the voucher should not be possible. The above involved a lot of back and forth and "customer" resp that are -dishonest -unhelpful -do not escalate problems -seem to only selectively deal with comlaints
