Please see the following email I tried to send to Groupon but couldn't get it to the site that they suggested or any other on their web site. When trying to return a parcel, your site did not recognise my password. I Tried to change it but wouldn't accept it. I then attempted to re-register and it registered me with Chicago, which I do not want. I have tried every possible route to get contact to take me off there but all to no avail. This has taken up too much time and to say I am frustrated is an understatement to say the least. I want you to take me off the Chicago site and re-instate me on my original site with my correct password. I am pleased to say that you have agreed to refund the money for this item. However, the trouble that has arisen from this is really unacceptable.
