Wauwaa will not refund my money even tho I returned the unused item, now blocking my emails
Complaint against Wauwaa
I ordered a baby k'tan sling on 25/01/15 it took Wauwaa nearly 3 months to eventually send me the item when I received it on 23/03/15 unfortunately it was to small so could not use it I spoke to a member of their staff called Meghan who said I could return the item for a full refund I returned the item by courier and it was signed for by Wauwaa on 25/03/15 since then I have been emailing asking for my refund and they don't reply and now they have blocked my emails they are a fraudulent company who are stealing people good peoples money it's not right . I am out of pocket and have no item.
