Complaint against ZoomFish
I sent my daughters ipad to Zoomfish on 19th Sept. It was sent by secure post. I received confirmation on 20th Sept that it had arrived but that a pin code was missing. We had never set this up but have been unable to contact by phone to discuss and emails get a bounce back message after a few hours. I have never received the payment or return of goods as per the guarantee on the website. The website now also seems to be down, and there are a number of posts saying that people have not received their money or gadgets back so something is wrong. I would advise against using this service.
