Complaint against ZoomFish

I sent my phone to zoomfish about 4 days ago , they sent me an email telling me to sign into my account as they were making me an offer for my phone . But I have tried signing into my account and I can't get passed security, I've tried everything. I've tried phoning zoomfish about 100 times phone ringing out and have emailed them but no reply. The result being I haven't been paid yet . And need it asap. Please can you help me. Regards.
