[LAPSED] Unpaid for I phone sent to them 2 weeks ago

Complaint against ZoomFish

I sent off my I phone c 16gb to zoomfish two weeks ago. They received it on the 28th November. I received an e mail saying was an issue and needed to remove the apple ID. Which I did and the order then went under processing. They are in breach of the contract as once processed the money should be paid the same day. I have phoned about 10 times and no answer and sent 7 e mails also no reply. I am unable to get any contact or my phone returned as no way of getting hold of anyone or any replies. What am I supposed to do I need your help. Have read up on the company and there seems to be a huge issue with them.

Mary, Unfortunately your phone arrived with Apple iCloud lock on it, we requested these details from you but they have not been provided. Unfortunately we can't purchase items with iCloud lock. Customers are reminded across our website and paperwork to remove icloud before sending. As we are unable to purchase the phone we have returned it to you free of charge and it will be delivered 12/12
