Hi, very similar to a case that I viewed on your website headed “Sony U-turn on refund after 14-year-old’s PlayStation purchase error”. Essentially my son was given a £10 PlayStation voucher for xmas which he proceeded to use on Boxing Day. Despite the parental controls that I thought were in place he was able to not only spend the £10 voucher but an additional £79.99 amount on FIFA 18 Packs. I received an email a few minutes after the purchase and immediately switched off the PS4 and raised a refund request through their website. He cannot have used the PS4 for more than 5 minutes from the time I received the email. Sony will now not refund me as he apparently benefitted from that purchase - ignoring the fact that as a 10 year old boy he clearly wasn’t in a position to make that purchase and cannot have used the console for more than 5 minutes. Any advice on what to do next?
