UPS dropped my computer

Complaint against UPS

On 27/28 Sept. 2013 I sent my laptop to Elite Phones & Computers for a new hard-drive but UPS, as the courier, dropped and damaged the laptop in transit, distorting the casing and rendering the power button inoperable. I sought compensation between October 2013 and March 2014, and the damage cost me £54 to fix plus the inconvenience of 15 emails and 30 phone calls to Elite/UPS, but UPS (c/o Daniel Docherty, Customer Services, UPS Tamworth hub, UK; complaint tracking number : 1Z03A21F6898803505) refused and would not even explain their decision. The cold-hearted behavior of UPS forces me to use every opportunity to advise people to avoid UPS at all costs.
