Faulty Tumble Dryer
Complaint against Hotpoint
Bought a Hotpoint tumble dryer two years ago, turns out it is one of the faulty ones. I reported it in Jan 2016 and they have just got back to me today 07/04/2017 to OFFER me one at £99 OR a free fix which can only be done NEXT January 2017. Now WHY should i have to pay for a new tumble dryer when the one sold to me is unfit for purpose? So i can use my original one so long as i am in the house and do not leave it unattended. How does that work for the house insurance? with me knowing that it is a faulty appliance? Hotpoint should be replacing for free or a full refund.
