Complaint against Hotpoint

After waiting almost a year I finally got a date for engineer to call 26 th July then I received an email to replace dryer for a price of £99 I tried several times to do this with failed attempts no help at all from hot point in the end decided to wait for free upgrade to be told by engineer tumble dryer couldn't have modification because it was flat backed so he said a replacement would be available for £50 and I would get a call from hot point that same day. Which did not happen 3 days later phoned hot point to be told would have to pay £99 which I refused to do he said there was nothing he could do he advised me To go to live chat which I did still no further forward and still no phone call
