Registered my Hotpoint Dryer on 23rd November 2015, only correspondence I've had is an email saying I'm on the list??? Haven't used my Dryer since the recall and I have a disabled Daughter so NEED my Dryer!! Ive seen others being offered a new Dryer but I haven't been offered one and haven't been informed of when and thing is going to happen. My Dryer is approximately 2 years old and I've now not used it for nearly 10 weeks and I'm struggling!!! Can someone please help me?
