Complaint against Hotpoint

It's almost a year since I got in touch with Hotpoint to let them know that the 'repair' of their faulty machine was as bad as their manufacturing of it. The engineers either aren't qualified or given enough time during their visit to make a GOOD repair. Our repair has caused more problems (i.e. more clothes marked/burnt) than before the repair. I've pointed this out, sent them a copy of the bill my local guy gave me when I had to call him out, along with the photos he insisted I take in order to make my complaint. (My engineer was staggered that the machine was post-repair, since it had been left in a even more dangerous state. I emailed photos to the Hotpoint Customer Services who then told me the photos were not in the format they require. I offered to share the photos with them via Facebook, but it's now almost a year since I first got in touch with them following the repair, and still nothing! Saw Lynne Faulds Wood on TV talking about this recently and I'd love to get in touch with her - I'm sure she'd get somewhere!!
