Complaint against Hotpoint
I reported my make and model number to Hotpoint in January 2016 in respect of the fire risk and I have been advised that an engineer can look at my machine in January 2017. A year of being scared to use my tumble dryer is not acceptable and offering me a replacement at £99 is not acceptable either. If they can make this mistake once they can do it again.
