have now waited 10 months for an engineer..tried to get a replacement drier for £99 .out of stock..

Waited 10 months for repair of drier tried to get a replacement drier but only one drier available out of 7 on website...i wanted silver or black to replace the one I have...telephone a waste of time live chat they just put you off..contacted retailer tesco and they were extremely rude ...am elderly and have had astroke and need the drier as cannot take washing to a line..Have not used this drier since the fire alert as dare not.Tired of trying to get a replacement etc maybe thta is what they are hoping a lot of customers do susan kelly
