Complaint against Hotpoint

I reported my tumble dryer and it was one of those that have the fault and they told me it would be about 8 weeks to get a engineer out that was 6weeks ago now they have told me it will be in November at best before they send a engineer I am disabled and I have cancer and I am unable to hang clothes on the line and if anything did go wrong with it I would never be able to get to it in time so I have to sit near it while its drying. They offered me a new dryer for £99 pound Rep £299 the problem is I don't have £99 pound and its impossible to contact them to tell them.
