Indesit condense dryer reported 6 Feb, no engineer until October!
Complaint against Hotpoint
I reported my indesit condenser tumble dryer as being "at fire risk" on the 6th Feb via the hotpoint web site. Detailing all the information and waited for Hotpoint to contact me with repair date. On the 4th MARCH, Hotpoint contacted me to advise an engineer will be available in OCTOBER!! I won't use a machine which poses a risk to my families safety so have no way of drying my clothes just now other than using radiators, not satisfactory. I'm really unhappy with having to wait 7 months for a repair, and having a potentially lethal devise in my home.
