Complaint against Hotpoint

I've had a email from hotpoint offering me someone to fix the parts that are broken, all they are doing is putting a plaster on it till it courses another fire ( witch will happen) My second opinion is i can have a new dryer and delivery and take the faulty one away BUT i have to pay £99 for the new one i paid £249 for the dryer. And to top it all off some people are getting a new one at no cost. I'm disabled my carer does my washing and comes back to put it in the dryer what would i be able to do when it blows up I'll have no chance of getting out of my house and yet they still say it's safe to use. Well it isn't and i should not have to pay again for it
