My Hotpoint dryer is one that has a manufacturing fault and needs to be modified or rrplaced

Complaint against Hotpoint

I registered my dryer on 23rd November 2015 and am still waiting for someone to contact me. Their on-line up-date is saying March but not heard anything. I tried ringing them in February but it was a waste if time. My dryer is still under warranty bought in March 2015 from Curries. I've been back to Curries too but they said they can't replace my dryer unless Hotpoint authorise it. I'm extremely unhappy as I feel I should be offered a refund or replacement not modified.
