Complaint against Hotpoint

we registered our tumble drier months ago, i rang several times and was told that no date could be given for a repair, called two weeks ago and still told the same, friends of ours have been told they will get an engineer in December, with this in mind i contacted hotpoint and demanded a replacement machine (ours is less than 12 months old) every time i was transferred back to the repair line, only after demanding very strongly that i wanted a replacement did i get through to the guarantee department and spoke to a lady called Rhianna who promised a replacement within 72 hours, that was 7 days ago and still no machine, called hotpoint over 7 times today and was shoved from pillar to post and given different numbers to call each time, everyone there denied responsibility and when i asked to speak to senior management they were all conveniently in meetings, i am now at the point where i am going to contact the press and stand outside their headquarters with my tumble drier and a very large sledge hammer and show the public what my opinion of their appliances is in front of national press, following this i will contact all my 7.5K customers and tell them why i would not recommend purchasing a whirlpool/Hotpoint appliance
