Complaint against Hotpoint
After receiving two letters one dated 18/12/2015 and 9/2/2016 saying my dryer was potential dangerous, having not heard anymore from them I called them 4th April 2016 to be told I am not registered with them. How is this possible when I have received two letters from them? After a very long telephone call to the call centre, when I had to spell everything out in detail, was told it would take 7-10 for my dryer to be registered. How long before my dryer will eventually be safe? Friend of my has had her dryer replaced at the cost to her of £90.00 looking on line some people have had theirs replaced for FREE, what is happening? No good PR marketing.
