Registered my tumble drier as it was one of the models on the recall list that could catch fire.

Complaint against Hotpoint

Had a phone call to arrange an engineer to come out to modify it.It was arranged for February 11th,and I was sent a confirmation e-mail from IndesitRepair Team to confirm this.They said they would txt an updated time slot on the day.I never heard anything by lunchtime so rang the number on the bottom of the e-mail to contact them.I eventually got through ,but they said they had no record of an engineer coming,told me I was ringing wrong number,but could nt tell me who I needed to ring !!!!! Since then I have rung the dedicated helpline number,been passed through to different departments ,e-mailed Indesit and Hotpoint , but still no-one has got back to me about the failed visit.I just get e-mails saying register your appliance and we will get back to you !! Customer service is shocking and I just want my money back.
