Complaint against Hotpoint

I am one of the customers with a faulty machine and received today an email stating that the date for repair is March 2017 what a joke, or alternatively, as a good will gesture I could PURCHASE a replacement I find this both laughable and insulting, and totally unacceptable. I purchased this machine in good faith and expect a fully working machine with no faults, what I've bought is a machine which is obviously not as advertised, and not fit for purpose and more importantly is a danger to both my home and life. How can you justify charging your customers for replacement machines, it seems to me you value a customer life at just £59. I am very unhappy with regards to your solutions in this matter and have asked my solicitor to look at the options I have to take legal action. Also, I will without a doubt if in the unfortunate case that your machine causes a fire in the meantime, take out a lawsuit for the full coat of any damage caused and of any mental or physical injuries to my family.
