Report my machine to Hotpoint and was told that the drum needs replacing.
Complaint against Hotpoint
The engineer came and said that he will order the drum, this will be done within a week. I had no phone call from hotpoint. I decided to call today the 14th March to find when they will becoming. I was told that the engineer told them that the job was completed. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and kept on the phone for 46 mins and no manager/supervisor spoke with me. I then was told that I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO ARRANGE TO ORDER THE DRUM AND GET BACK TO ME. After waiting for two days trying to get through and no form of help. This machine is not even 2 years old. I feel that I was treated badly. Still without a machine. plus the wait for 30 minutes at a time to get through from one person to another. This is a most dreadful customer services.
