Complaint against Hotpoint

As per previous complaints I contacted Hotpoint 18th November regarding the recall, they called me back on 26th November offering replacement. I was very impressed with this level of service!! Wrong...... since then despite trying to contact them via email, phone calls and endless waiting on the customer service line I have failed to hear anything. I will not use the dryer as I am not prepared to risk my home for the sake of dry washing. In some cases the dryer has caught fire hours after being used and I am sure I am not the only person who now does not have the use of a dryer in a very wet winter!!!
