Unable to use tumble dryer since last year, due to recall on model TCYM750C6P serial no 305146362

Complaint against Hotpoint

I have been unable to use my tumble dryer and I have asked for a replacement free of charge as it was still under warranty. I have sent messages, but not once have you got back to me. I think that the communication with you is disrespectful in not acknowledging my request. It would be nice to hear from you as I am an old age pensioner and I am at my wits end as you can imagine. After sending you my first email,your reply was to say that you would be getting back to me within 48 hours and since then I have sent you more messages to which you have Ignored. I would appreciate a reply within the next few days to discuss my options and not to be passed on by your team of complaint's staff (whom I have phoned) telling my to ring this number or that number, not getting results from any of them. not satisfied with Hotpoint with regards to faulty tumble dryer, due to lack of communication. The tumble dryer is still under warranty and should be replaced free of charge. I am a old age pensioner and I could do without the hassle.
